Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall operational success of their assigned Altitude Trampoline Park franchises. They should be able to communicate and develop a productive pre-opening timeline whose primary focus is promoting our brand while offering exceptional customer service. The Project Manager provides direction and supervision for all tasks within their assigned parks which includes, but is not limited to; client experience, vendor management, construction schedules, project budget and a successful park opening.
Project Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and support for assigned accounts to exceed all established pre-opening initiatives
- Manage multiple franchise accounts and adhere to required deadlines
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting franchisee relationships
- Clearly communicate progress of weekly initiatives to franchisees, vendors and internal team
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Organize and facilitate weekly strategy sessions with franchisees, vendors and internal departments
- Visit assigned locations as needed
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Operate as lead point of contact for Franchisees
- Manage trampoline manufacturing production queue
Project Manager skills and specifications:

- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to out of town locations
- Sound knowledge about sales and marketing strategies
- Creativity to think up new plans to increase productivity

- Experience in developing and managing labor plans to maximize sales and profit
Project Manager education and qualification
- 5 years of customer service experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, sales and marketing or equivalent, preferred
