We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air and Ocean Export Specialist with proven expertise in managing end-to-end export operations. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and have a deep understanding of global trade regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full export process from pricing to billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle a wide range of commodities, including dangerous goods, perishables, dry ice, machine parts, ceramics, paintings, and general cargo.
• Oversee designated accounts and trade lanes, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide expert knowledge of TSA regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize CargoWise software to manage shipments and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Prepare and process export documentation in compliance with international trade laws.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• DG Certified (Dangerous Goods certification required).
• Comprehensive knowledge of global trade lanes, including Asia, the Middle East, India, the Caribbean, Europe, and South America.
• Strong export knowledge and a proven ability to navigate TSA regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CargoWise-certified.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and trade lanes effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling diverse commodities and specialized cargo.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
