The Opportunity :

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in handling international freight processes and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all aspects of air and ocean import operations , including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
- Communicate with overseas agents, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth cargo handling and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and review import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment milestones, proactively addressing any delays or issues to meet client expectations.
- Work closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s system and ensure timely invoicing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues.
