Job Overview
Alton Blakley Ford is seeking an Office Manager to oversee day to day office operations. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background and possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices.

Though Not Comprehensive, Here Is A List Of Some Of The Responsibilities Of The Office Manager

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Reconcile cash drawers for parts and service daily.
  • Prepare daily deposits.
  • Post all electronic funds daily.
  • Post all vehicles sales.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Preparation and payment of sales tax return.
  • Monthly review of various schedules.
  • Prepare financial statement data.
  • Assistance with year end reconciliation of accounts.
  • Other duties as detailed in the job description.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Accounting experience required.
