Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician's chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises.
Duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.
Assigned daily duties where needed within the maintenance department. Must follow Altor Solutions' standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality and Production in an efficient and safe manner.

- Reliability of Equipment - Manage uptime of equipment through world class maintenance program execution.
- Attention to Detail - Accuracy in completing Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance to ensure machine reliability.

Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as maintenance technician.
- Experience with PLC program and robotic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of preventative maintenance programs including the use of predictive maintenance.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
