What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Kaizen Holdings?
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment within our facilities. This a full-time position working day shift.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair as needed
- Fabricate and weld parts when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Read and interpret equipment schematics
Qualifications
- Strong electrical, mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to fabricate, weld, and read schematics
- Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance tracking
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance activities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
