About the Job
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Compact Utility Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of the Ag equipment market and be able to sell new and used Massey Ferguson compact utility equipment to end-users.
The sales territory covers several counties in Illinois, requiring extensive travel to customer job sites. The employee may work in an office environment and be required to wear safety equipment when needed.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or minimum five years of machinery sales experience
- Firm understanding of the Ag equipment market
- Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to operate and demonstrate tractors, combines, and application equipment
- Strong financial negotiating skills and organizational abilities
