Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking kindhearted, dependable individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and companionship, making a lasting impact on the lives of our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
As a PCA, you will:
✅ Assist clients with daily activities to enhance their comfort and independence.
✅ Provide medication reminders.
✅ Ensure client safety and well-being.
✅ Monitor and report changes in client health to supervisors.
✅ Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
✅ Help with ambulation and mobility.
✅ Support clients with light housekeeping and laundry.
✅ Offer companionship, including letter-writing and reading.
✅ Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
✅ Assist with bathing and personal care.
✅ Conduct simple physical activities and range-of-motion exercises.
What You’ll Need:
✔ Must be 18 years or older.
✔ Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
✔ Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
✔ Ability to follow written instructions and document care.
✔ Willingness to complete required training per state and federal guidelines.
