Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors to the office.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare the agency newsletter for print and digital dissemination.
- Maintain the agency website and make regular updates to agency social media.
- Organize, arrange, and attend staff meetings and trainings.
- Prepare reports, applications and other documents.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office.
- Manage all incoming material donations to the agency.
- Maintain office supplies and order as needed.
- Make bank deposits as directed.
- Print, copy, scan, and file documents.
- Perform data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency with Photoshop and WordPress.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
