What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at AED Institute?
Our Admin Assistant would report to the Operations and Fulfillment Manager to help with coordination of office day to day tasks. The assistant would also help Manager with data entry, administrative paperwork, scheduling meetings and classes, and travel arrangements. The assistant will also help with other office duties when time permits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Schedule and confirm offsite meetings
- Attend meetings, take notes, meeting prep
- Book travel (flights, air, hotel) as needed
- Enter receipts into Budget Spreadsheet
- Assisting with inventory and stock projections
- Inputting data
- Ordering office supplies
- Order lunches (when needed for team meetings)
- Help to maintain office appearance
- Other admin help as needed
