A reputable utility company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit & Billing Administrative Assistant for a temporary position lasting six months, with the potential for extension. This role is designed to support their credit team by providing accurate and timely administrative services.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous administrative experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Type and create reports, maintaining organized files.
  • Execute mail merge operations for efficient communication.
  • Utilize formulas in Excel and format text in Microsoft Word.
  • Perform research to support credit and billing functions.
  • Provide accurate and timely administrative services, including reconciliations and data analysis.
  • Assist the credit team with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience.
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
