Job Description Administrative Assistant - Credit Department Bishop & Company is staffing for a Temp Credit Department Administrative AssistantStatus : Full-time (40 hours / week) | Location : Honolulu, HI 96813 (In-office)Duration : 6 months – 1 year (possibility of extension) | Shift : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PMPay Rate : ~$21.00 per hourSummary : This role provides clerical and administrative support to the Credit Department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks related to company initiatives and projects.Responsibilities : Perform administrative tasks such as reconciliations, data analysis, report generation, and file maintenance. Draft letters, create reports, and organize documentation. Collaborate with other departments to gather and share necessary information. Retrieve and provide customer account details as needed. Occasionally communicate with customers via phone or email regarding account information. Adapt to additional administrative duties as required. Qualifications : 3-5 years of general office and clerical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database programs (e.g., MS Access preferred). Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
