Job Description

The Account Manager role at Altron Automation is a dynamic position that requires a unique blend of technical sales and marketing skills. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, execution, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet quarterly sales targets
  • Built strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus on account management
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering-related field or equivalent
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
