Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and wound care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or a Compact State Agreement prior to start date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of start date.
Physical Demands:
This position requires occasional sitting, frequent standing, walking, stooping/bending, reaching, squatting/crouching/kneeling, twisting, handling/finger/feel, seeing, and hearing.
