Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at our healthcare facility involves delivering compassionate patient care, promoting health education, and fostering collaboration among healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Develop and implement individualized patient plans, prioritizing care based on patient needs and acuity.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by licensed practitioners.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, including vital signs, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Required Certifications and Documents:

• North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement LPN licensure.
• Minnesota Board of Nursing LPN licensure within 12 months of hire date.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• American Heart Association BLS certification within 90 days of hire date.
