Job Description:
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients on the Progressive Care Unit, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing plans of care, and coordinating patient education to ensure safe discharge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Physical Demands: This role requires occasional sitting, frequent standing, walking, stooping/bending, reaching, squatting/crouching/twisting, handling/finger/feel, seeing, and hearing. Weight demands include lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and sliding/transferring objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
Working Conditions:
The majority of work is performed indoors, with no outdoor exposure. Infrequent driving is required for this position.
Others:
Temporary RN licenses and ND RN Graduate Work Authorization are accepted prior to start. Must hold an unencumbered nursing license before commencing employment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications: A valid North Dakota nursing license or compact state agreement is required prior to start date. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire, while Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required within six months. Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) certification is preferred.
