As an RN Traveler, you will provide critical care services to patients in the ICU, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families on treatment options and self-care strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and monitoring of critically ill patients
- Development of individualized care plans and implementation of evidence-based interventions
- Collaboration with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring
- At least one year of critical care experience, including travel experience
