Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our food service team as a Culinary Team Member. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our patients, staff, and visitors. Your primary duties will include:

- Preparing and delivering food for customers, specials functions, and service areas on time. ">
- Sets up functions professionally, accurately and in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations. Serves customers visiting the cafeteria in a friendly and respectful manner. ">
- Delivers trays to patients, sets up trays, and unwraps food items. Notifies nurse if patient requires additional assistance and is responsive to patient likes and dislikes. ">
- Prepares tube feedings according to standard operating procedure. ">
- Monitors and reports any deviation of refrigerator or freezer temperatures to Maintenance. Collects and records dish machine temperatures as assigned, and completes documentation of food temperatures. ">
- Follows department standards when preparing food items and shows attention to detail in foods produced. ">
- Orders needed supplies according to department standard operating procedures. ">
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
