As part of the team, you will work in the food service operation handling cash and credit transactions, preparing and delivering food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

This role requires standing continuously (67-100%), walking frequently (34-66%), and lifting medium weights (20-40 pounds). The majority of work is done indoors with minimal exposure to extreme temperatures or outdoor conditions.

A team player with excellent communication skills, able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. We offer flexible scheduling, meal allowances, and premium pay for evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and deliver food to customers, including special functions and service areas on time.
- Serving Customers: Set up functions professionally, accurately and in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations. Serve customers visiting the cafeteria in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Patient Care: Deliver trays to patients, set up trays, and unwrap food items. Notify nurse if patient requires additional assistance and be responsive to patient likes and dislikes.
- Tube Feedings: Prepare tube feedings according to standard operating procedure.
- Maintenance and Hygiene: Monitor and report any deviation of refrigerator or freezer temperatures to Maintenance. Collect and record dish machine temperatures as assigned, and complete documentation of food temperatures. Follow department standards when preparing food items and show attention to detail in foods produced.
- Supply Management: Order needed supplies according to department standard operating procedures.
