Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in our East Grand Forks clinic. We seek an experienced nurse who can collaborate with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other licensed practitioners to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Administer medications, perform routine patient care activities, and provide education to patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- A valid LPN license in Minnesota prior to start date, and licensure in North Dakota within six months of start date.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 90 days of start date.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
