Responsibilities
As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN)
- Assisting residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as appropriate
- Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Communicating resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse
