- Attending training sessions to ensure individuals achieve their objectives and company goals.
- Participating in community activities, orienting new employees, and serving as a role model for accurate and timely documentation.
- Assisting with staffing needs, recruitment, and reviewing individuals' progress to implement shift objectives.
- Delivering services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to the Individual Plan (IP) and/or treatment team.
