Summary

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough health assessments and document patient information accurately.
• Assist registered nurses and other licensed practitioners in identifying patient needs, priorities of care, and goals based on patient characteristics.
• Contribute to the evaluation of the plan of care by gathering, observing, recording, and communicating patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Modify the plan of care in collaboration with licensed practitioners as needed.
• Demonstrate competency and ability to carry out department-specific functions according to department standards of care, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department/organization.
Requirements:
• Currently licensed as a LPN in Minnesota or eligible for temporary licensure prior to start date.
• Must obtain a LPN license in North Dakota within six months of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of start date.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement
