We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Altru Health. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document assessments appropriate to licensure.
- Ensure health history and admission process is completed and that intervention or referrals are made.
- Identify discharge planning and education needs and provide patient care.
- Communicate patient progress and adjust own workload.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from the North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from the Minnesota Board of Nursing within 12 months of start date.
- Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of start date.
