Job Title: Caregiver
MUST HAVES

~PHYSICAL EXAM
~PPD 2 STEP OR CHEST XRAY/ QUANTIFERON GOLD
1. Administer care in client’s home or assists client by performing assigned tasks and assists any home health care personnel according to the care plan.
2. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
3. Medication reminders, Light housekeeping, personal hygiene, be observant of the client's needs, prepare light meals.
4. Arrives before their shift to perform a “handover” exchange of information
regarding status of client, reviews of notes, conveys messages and memos to be updated by outgoing Caregiver and follows procedures.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
A compassionate heart, patience and loving caring for elderly.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Certificates - CPR
Must Have or be ready for a Physical & PPD in order to start working
Willing to do a drug test and undergo a background check

7AM-3PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
