Job Title : HR Assistant / Staff Recruiter
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Staff Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a desire to help our company grow by finding the best talent available.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screens
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions
Procure and coordinate recruitment evens and activities within all operative markets
Requirements :
Ability to train hiring managers and supporting staff on recruitment processes and ATS system
30% Travel

Requirements :
Minimum 2 years HR or recruitment experience
Bachelor's degree in human resource Managment or related field
Professional Human Resource Certification strongly desired
