As a key member of our Student Services Center (SSC) professional team and under the direct supervision of the Student Services Coordinator, the SSC Enrollment Specialist performs clerical duties necessary to the enrollment and placement of students, handles heavy telephones/emails, and provides support to the SSC as needed; has a good understanding of policies and procedures related to keeping student (or similar confidential) records; works cooperatively with staff to service students, parents and teachers. Unofficial transcripts for any college credits completed
Valid California driver's license and transportation required
Pass a work styles/behavior survey
Clear background check by the Department of Justice and FBI
