We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/ Closer to join our team. Someone who is detail oriented, passionate about Fitness, Nutrition and Mindset, personal development and who excels in a competitive environment. This individual must possess a unique blend of talents and personality traits that align with our tight-knit, fast-paced, and fun culture. As a Sales Executive/ Closer, you will be responsible for driving sales and spreading our mission.
Strong Mom was founded by a 3x Olympian who stood on the podium with a medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. We ONLY work with high-performing individuals. We get results. Period. Anything else = excuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Proactively engage with potential clients and nurture relationships to drive sales growth.
- Thrive in a competitive environment by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrate a desire for continuous learning, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.
- Convert scheduled conversations into front-end sales.
- Converting follow-up conversations into front-end sales.
- Mining old conversation list to bump up and convert into front-end sales.
- Daily execution of team and administrative tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Self-managed with an innate desire to win - lots of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Intellectually curious. Always seeking mentorship to get better.
- Motivated and self-driven to continuously improve sales skills and techniques.
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth. 2 years of high-ticket closing experience.
- Highly organized with prompt and effective communication skills.
- Detail oriented and thrives with systems and processes.
- Passion for personal development and a growth mindset.

Physical Demands Required to Successfully Perform the Essential Job Duties:
- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparation and analysis of documents; viewing a computer screen; and reading.
- Physical activity in this position includes crouching, reaching, walking, talking, hearing and repetitive motion of hands, wrists and fingers.
- Sedentary work with lifting requirements up to 10 pounds, sitting for extended periods of time.
- Mental concentration is required in all aspects of work.
