What You Will Do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates across various time zones and platforms (virtual and in-person).
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth flow of information.
- Assist in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by offering exceptional customer service.
- Support the preparation of recruitment materials, such as job descriptions, interview feedback, and offer letters.
- Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus visits, and virtual recruiting sessions.
- Assist with onboarding for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to help identify areas of improvement in the hiring process.
- Help maintain the company’s internal and external recruitment communications to ensure consistency and clarity.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, administrative, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of basic HR and recruiting metrics.
Preferred
- Experience with social media recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, really, or Glassdoor.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to organize documents, track data, and generate reports,
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who is comfortable working with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
