Description

Altvia is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities through outbound strategies while supporting inbound lead qualification. As a BDR at Altvia, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for potential customers. You'll develop a deep understanding of our sales process, research leads, initiate new relationships, and set the stage for our sales team's success. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) who are eager to make an impact at a fast-growing company.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Support inbound lead qualification and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and track pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with Marketing and AVPs to optimize the sales process
  • Contribute to special projects supporting business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace - Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset to refine outreach strategies and drive results
  • Innovative thinker who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Collaborative team player willing to share best practices and learn from others
  • Demonstrates persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Strong ethics and integrity
  • Experience with Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) industries is a plus
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent is preferred

    Base $50,000 Commission
