Job Summary:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must be able to follow process flow cards and set-up sheets (training provided)
- Prepare materials for set-up (ink, pads, cliches, etc)
- Understand how to install equipment and materials necessary for set-up
- Carefully align part nests and assure proper registration
- Be able to inspect and load parts
- Remove and inspect parts as per Aludec protocols
- Follow correct temperature and timing as per Aludec protocol
- Must perform set-up inspections per the control plan
- Be able to fill out appropriate paperwork (set-up sheets, process flow cards, etc)
- Understand tool storage and retrieval requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School graduate or G.E.D. and/or equivalent work experience desired.
- Prior printing experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisors.
- Must be reliable to come to work and have a reliable form of transportation.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- This position requires individuals to constantly be on their feet. They must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb, and be able to move/lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Should be able to tolerate high and low-temperature levels. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderately loud.
