OFFICE MANAGER / SALES ASSISTANT
Job Overview:
Aluminum Cabinet Company is seeking a full-time, highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Office Manager / Sales Assistant, you will provide support and assist with day-to-day operations and Sales.
Primary Office Manager Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Utilize computerized systems for administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Exhibit professional phone and email etiquette at all time
Primary Sales Assistant Duties:
- Quote jobs using our internal quote software
- Work with customers to get all necessary job information
- Create job packets with accurate and necessary information before sending to our design team.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative and office manager role is preferred
- Previous experience with quoting and sales is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job
