Machine Operators needed for 2nd and 3rd shifts!
2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm.
3rd shift: 11pm - 7am. Both shifts receive an extra $1.50/hour during those scheduled times.
*Must be able to train on 1st shift (7am - 3pm) for approx. 90 days.

Ideal candidate will have at least one year of machine operating experience. This position will learn how to operate a corrugated brake press and a shear. They will also be trained to set-up their own machine and inspect their own parts for quality.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate machinery.
- Must know how to convert fractions to decimals and vice versa using a conversion chart or calculator.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Blueprint reading a plus.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to work in standing/walking position in excess of eight hours a day.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to dust, fumes, noise, temperature and other elements in the shop area.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

- Operate and maintain various machines, such as cut to length, shear, turrets, and press brakes to shape and bend metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise manufacturing processes.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers and micrometers for quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
