What we need:
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor that will be responsible for all personnel at their respective site. The Supervisor will work/communicate daily with Press, Production, Inspection, Shipping, and Quality Control departments at APP.
Job Requirements:
Instructs and directs work activities of all maintenance personnel.
Plan and implement technical meetings to drive improvement initiatives.
Instrumental in conducting and administering employee training programs
Lead/Facilitate in corrective action activities.
Assist in Customer, Internal, NADCAP, and AS 9100 audits as required.
Reviews and approves vacation request forms.
Manages attendance and job costing entry information.
Utilizes IFS reports to check job card information accuracy.
Responsibility for the procurement of working materials and tools.
Ensure any accident or injury is promptly reported per APP’s safety policy.
Communicate effectively and professionally with employees across all levels and departments at APP.
Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
Maintain a working knowledge of APP policies and procedures.
Will instruct, train, and motivate employees on all work to be performed in accordance with APP standards.
Organizes and assigns tasks to workers throughout the day ensuring production schedule is followed and operating efficiencies are met.
Write performance evaluations.
Ensure adherence to all process specifications.
Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs.
Skill Requirements:
In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person.
Must have a minimum of 5 years working as a maintenance mechanic.
Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical knowledge required.
Able to work in a demanding fast paced environment.
English (reading, writing, verbal and comprehension).
Knowledge of production equipment and work flow process.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 an hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
