The Clinical Supervisor assists the Director of Clinical Services/Administrator with the supervision of home health services to patients in their place of residence in accordance with physician orders and strives to provide the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

•Supervise the skilled nursing and other therapeutic services.•The Clinical Supervisor is available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate) and participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.

Qualifications

•Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.•Registered by the state(s) where currently practicing as a Registered Nurse.•CPR Certification•Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card•Valid driver's license with maintenance of safe driving record and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements•Three to five years of experience as a licensed RN required•Three to five years of Home Health experience required•Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health nursing supervisor preferred•Experience with EMR systems, OASIS-D and able to train on skilled nursing duties as needed
