What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Alupress LLC?
Perform administrative duties for the Human Resources Department and the executive management team. Responsibility includes data entry and vendor relations.
Answer phone, transfer calls and take messages
- Direct vendors/customers
- Maintain Sign In Log
- Obtain Contractor Agreements and Store
- Responsible for all D3 payroll and HR documents storage
- Maintenance of personnel files in D3 and O drive as instructed by HR Manager
- Responsible for coordinating New Hire Paperwork and Drug Testing
- Coordinate all New Hire Orientation Activities and Sign offs
- Other duties as assigned
- Identifies safety issues in the workplace and recommends solutions for improvement.
- Ensures all activities are in compliance with the Quality System Requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
