Description
- Assist recruitment with planning, staffing, and preparation for all recruitment events
- Assist in managing the recruitment calendar and disseminate information to collateral recruiters as needed
- Assist with processing of OT cards, requisitions, processing equipment/uniform chits
- Assist with processing memos, purchase orders, travel/training requests for the recruitment team and manage the calendar to schedule program meetings and training
- Facilitate event reservations and staffing for recruitment events
- Coordinate meetings and calendars
- Assist and manage recruitment correspondence from various resources (i.e. JOINLBPD/DM list)
- Gather and prepare recruitment statistical information and data
- Track events and overtime for the Recruitment Team
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma
- 2 or more recent years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office including outlook, calendaring, and drafting correspondence.
- Must be local to Long Beach
