Excellent opportunity for a a highly motivated lien negotiator and assistant for our workers compensation dispute resolution team, working on-site in Simi Valley, CA.
- Assists Dispute Resolution team members by creating plans of action and status reports
- Contacts providers to obtain bills and medical reports
- Review and summarize medical reports
- Analyze and develop legal arguments
- Telephone negotiations with providers
- Communicate professionally with clients and providers
- Manage account inventory
