Dispute Resolution Assistant
We are seeking a dispute resolution assistant to support our dispute resolution team. The ideal candidate has experience or knowledge in California workers' compensation and strong writing skills, as the role involves drafting reports, summarizing case details, and communicating with clients and providers. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire position based in Simi Valley, CA.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review and summarize medical reports and claims data to assist with dispute resolution.
- Draft plans of action and status reports for claims adjusters, supporting the litigation team.
- Communicate with medical providers to request bills, medical reports, and demands.
- Retrieve documentation from clients and court systems for case preparation.
- Scan and upload mail and documents into the proprietary case management system.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, providers, and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing cases for litigation, ensuring all documentation is organized and complete.
