Operations Analyst I

The annual base salary is $75,000 - 90,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.

Core Responsibilities:
- Gather necessary information from potential clients to run conflict checks
- Update Risk Management Tracker tool in Teams for potential new projects
- Run and track status of conflict checks
- Prepare, issue and monitor status of client engagement letters
- Work with management to assign team members to kick off new projects
- Request new project codes / monitor and close out old project codes
- Prepare, issue and monitor status of non-disclosure agreements, release letters, joinder agreements and other legal documents
- Format client deliverables and create accurate redlines in Word
- Compile draft and final client deliverables in Adobe Acrobat
- Prepare invoices and annotate/submit them in Agresso
- Track client invoice payment status and assist with collections
- Coordinate with A&M Accounting to resolve any client inquiries
- Assist with maintaining SFCE’s status report and vacation calendar
- Help team setup and maintain accurate and complete project files
- Monitor and track compliance status of quality control and record retention policies
- Bachelor’s degree required, in a business-related major (accounting/finance preferred)
- 1-5 years of work experience or relevant internship experience
- Prior experience in an accounting or consulting firm, investment bank or independent valuation firm preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient/experience with collaboration software, e.g. BOX, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, WIPs, Agresso, Prime or other time management tool
- Basic knowledge of accounting, valuation and/or financial principles a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior proofreading experience a plus
