Community Outreach / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Program Development : Assist in the planning and execution of outreach initiatives and strategies that support low-income families and promote community well-being.
- Customer Service Excellence : Provide outstanding service at community events, working alongside promotional marketing staff to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Client Compliance Consultation : Support clients in understanding program requirements and guidelines, ensuring smooth and effective outreach efforts.
