Summary
The Corporate Recruiter at Alvita Home Care will manage hiring efforts for sales account executives, clinical team members, and corporate employees. This full life cycle recruiting position involves partnering with hiring managers to identify top candidates for our team. This is a remote position, but you must be able to work 9am-5:3pm EST.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITITIES
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year. In addition, it will offer the personal reward associated with transforming our clients’ and their families’ lives and building the leading home care platform in the country.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership on staffing planning.
- Draft and post job descriptions.
- Manage applicant flow in the applicant tracking system.
- Screen applicants to create a shortlist of candidates for hiring managers.
- Research and implement strategic sourcing techniques for challenging roles.
- Identify and recruit high-performing passive candidates.
- Guide hiring managers through the interview process, offering coaching on techniques as needed.
- Negotiate offers with candidates and hiring managers.
- Attend recruiting events, including job fairs and college recruiting.
- Assist candidates through the pre-hire process, ensuring a smooth handoff upon start and onboarding.
- Work on open roles throughout North America with potential for global expansion as the company grows.
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- You have 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- You have experience hiring for sales, clinical, and corporate roles.
- You have created and executed sourcing strategies to target top candidates.
- You are proficient with applicant tracking systems, strategic sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards.
- You have experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and practices.
- You are familiar with behavioral assessments and situational interview techniques.
- You have participated in college and professional recruitment events.
- You have knowledge of EEO and OFCCP practices and procedures, with an understanding of relevant Federal and State laws.
- You are committed to creating a best-in-class candidate experience.
