Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
- Assist in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as required.
- Help with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
