Must be a driver with license.
Job Description:
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Support with mobility
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Personal Care
Minimum Requirements:
- NYS HHA / PCA Certification
- Minimum 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to follow a careplan
