Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health and behavior.
- Driving the client to doctors appointments and errands as necessary.
- Companionship
- Grocery shopping with client's needs in mind.
- Assist with mobility.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Maintain a safe and clean-living environment.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or license required.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
