Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Advocate to lead our outside sales efforts, build strong community relationships, and drive client referrals. This role is perfect for a motivated, people-oriented professional who thrives on networking and educating the community about our services.
Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other community organizations.

Educate the community about our non-medical home care services and how we can meet the needs of seniors.

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and clients to ensure the growth and success of the agency.

Attend networking events and community meetings to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales efforts.
Qualifications

Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services.
