Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Advocate to lead our outside sales efforts, build strong community relationships, and drive client referrals. This role is perfect for a motivated, people-oriented professional who thrives on networking and educating the community about our services.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other community organizations.
- Educate the community about our non-medical home care services and how we can meet the needs of seniors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and clients to ensure the growth and success of the agency.
- Attend networking events and community meetings to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping seniors and their families navigate home care options.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of New Bern and surrounding communities is a plus.
