CNAs Flexible Hours and Weekly Pay

Welcome to Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu! We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in the beautiful city of Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time position requires working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Role Description:

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our senior clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver daily care and assistance in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This includes assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Additionally, you will closely monitor their health, proactively identifying and promptly reporting any changes or concerns. Accurate documentation of all services provided is essential. Regular communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals is vital to ensuring cohesive care. Continuous improvement of your skills and knowledge is strongly encouraged and supported through training and educational sessions. Collaboration with other caregivers and team members is critical in providing the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Embodying our core values of compassion, honesty, and reliability at all times
• Delivering daily care and assistance to our senior clients in the comfort of their own homes
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Monitoring clients' health and promptly reporting any changes or concerns
• Maintaining and enhancing clients' safety and well-being
• Accurately documenting all services provided
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Attending training and educational sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
• Working collaboratively with other caregivers and team members to ensure the highest level of care for our clients
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Hold a valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Demonstrate effective and compassionate communication skills with clients and their families
• Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Physical ability to perform all required tasks, including lifting and transferring clients
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience. In addition to weekly pay, we provide ample opportunities for career development and growth within our franchise.
