CNAs/ NAs Weekly Pay and Flexible Hours

Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers weekly pay and flexible hours. Our CNAs/ NAs provide essential care and support to our senior clients in the comfort of their own homes. This position is located in Honolulu, Hawaii and is part of the franchise industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our CNAs/ NAs will receive a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $25, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and retirement savings options.

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with mobility and transferring to ensure safety and comfort
• Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
• Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, emotional, or mental health
• Create and maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care provided
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active CNA/ NA certification in the state of Hawaii
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or home care setting
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
