Pay: $16-18/hour

Position Overview: As the HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our agency is staffed with qualified, compassionate caregivers. You will work closely with the Agency Director, HR Recruiting Supervisor, and the Care Coordination department to streamline the hiring and onboarding process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen applicants from job platforms like Indeed.
- Import and manage applicant data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from Indeed and Hireology.
- Schedule interviews and orientation appointments using ATS.
- Manage job advertisements on Indeed and Hireology.
- Conduct multiple interviews daily, assessing candidates for suitability.
- Lead new hire orientation sessions twice weekly.
- Prepare and maintain applicant packets throughout the onboarding process.
- Collect all necessary agency and state-required documentation from candidates.
- Ensure timely delivery of applicant documents to HR, Management, and Care Coordinators.
- Enter all new hires into the payroll system.
- Complete new hire I-9 verifications.
- Conduct reference and background checks for applicants.
- Perform employee evaluations and track employee referrals.
- Monitor employee attendance, including call-outs, late arrivals, and missed clocks.
- Stay updated on agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Recruitment or HR, healthcare recruitment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using ATS and job boards.
- Strong understanding of basic recruitment processes.
